Thanks, mate.

You all need someone to bore the crap out of ya.
And crap on about 930s. :D

I like lightweight. My car was modded when my Dad got it. But it is a real 1971 911S coupe. So it would be worth a lot of money today if it was in original specification. But it is a lot more fun like it is. :)

Looking at this.
Or something like it. :)

Great turbo weather. :)

Come on up for a visit if you ever get sick of the cold. Although, the mornings are chilly up here at the moment.

Rick, I just read this letter in an email and though of you
"I cant help it if some of the light goes across the road. Put something up in your window."
Funny stuff

Nice Vas. Bit premature but let us know if you do Targa Tas with it. Sharyn and I will offer our support if you need a crew.

Your 930 looks great, too. And even better is that you drive it as it was meant to be driven.

That it is, hence why we fly down and back these days ;)

Although when went up the center in the 944, it was the most enjoyable trip of them all

I know. Sharyn and I priced up to do the Classic Adelaide in the 944 a few years ago. No change out of 10k.

I better bugger off and justify my pay packet - enough malingering for one day. Hooroo

Pete, I presume that trailer belongs to you. It is amazing it did not bend or collapse with many times the designed load. Is there a way to have it checked to KNOW that it is not bent or something is about to break?

Yup...my trailer. You can pretty much tell..... when it's empty there is an arch in the main frame rails. If it had sprung it the arch would not come back.
Looks better without the extra 87,000Lbs on it.
Well.......tried 3 times to post a picture but this truck stop WIFI is painfully slow:rolleyes:
Ended up with 10200 on the steers
37560 on the drives (71psi on the gauge)
54900 on the trailer (76psi on the gauge)
102660 gross

GH85Carrera 05-23-2012 07:28 PM

Pete, it must be a big relief to know the trailer is OK. I bet a trailer like that cost over two thousand dollars! ;)
