that is exactly the selection i am drinking tonight, except the chasing tail. chasing tail is substituted with 1st amendment lager. they are good, but not quite up to the sincerity of epic's beers. i used to work for wasatch, 'cellaring', transferring, filtering, and carbonating the beer. the owner, greg schirf, is a really nice guy, a good businessman, and a fellow philosophy major.
