welcome, steveo.

(we caught another one, guys!)

interesting. it is amazing what removing the wrinkles does for a photo.

the parabolic curve of the woman's right hip and waist just looks crap to me (in the pink bikini photo). then, looking at it about 8:1, the pixelation looks really odd, layered.

Hey guys, looking at a '88 911 and blurb refers to it as a 'F Plate'. Never heard the term before. What are we talking about?

That there is a tell tale sign and pretty sloppy. My wife retouches for a living. It's really amazing what a good professional retoucher can do. If she does her job well no one knows it! Roll-over the photo of the girl here for a sample of her work...

Your wife has talent. Once upon a time the Photographer was a real professional and did not need all that post processing work. Now the photographers just point and shoot. I can remember spending 1/2 a day setting up the lights to get the shoot just right.

I have been using Photoshop since before it was Photoshop, it was Photo-styler. I only do industrial stuff, not women!

No doubt at all, a good Photoshop job is undetectable.

Virtually any photo I see on the internet I assume is modified.

Maybe it is one of those funny Aussie sayings. ;)

Time for bed. It is after 10 pm and it has cooled off to 94 degrees. No doubt AC is the best invention of all time, next to cold beer! ;)

Maybe? They do rhyme.

Googled and got a lot of hits for '88 F plate' and '89 F plate' with people making reference to their vehicles. Thought maybe it was a VIN year thing but that didn't match up either.

Maybe when I go to Perth in 6 months I'll have a look at the car if it's still on the market, and ask the dude in person.

Night Glen

This looks like it could be fun. May just have to have a chat with the Minister of Finance.

The Porsche Targa Tasmania Tour. (except it's in Victoria, not Tasmania?)

Guys, let Max keep believing in his "Santa Clause". Don't ruin it for him. Poor guy.

And I drove through "Dateland" the other day and everytime I saw a sign, I had to giggle out loud. Thanks, Jeff. ;)

Morning Jeff, Pete, I am also listening to some blues. Joe Bannamassa.
