you'd think. in 1990, or so, they changed the law such that anyone born after 1965 that had not purchased a hunting permit/tag/whatever had to take hunter's safety. i've put it off out of laziness, spite, and indifference until now. i have a burning desire to kill bambi, preferably with spotted fur and milk still on his lips. to fulfill that desire, i have to obtain my hunter's safety. ergo, i go to class today. i bet that i am the oldest person there in a class of 12 to 14 years, and i bet that i get mistaken for one of the dads, at least once.

Get off my lawn!

My brother loves to hunt deer in Alabama. He is mostly a bow hunter. In Alabama the "limit" is one per day of each sex, so a buck & doe a day is legal. His record is 18 deer in one season. One of the first deer he killed was a Bambi. He hit it with his 1972 VW Camper. It was super tender veal venison. He takes his kills to a local butcher that hands back the good roasts, and most of the rest is made into Bambi-burger.

I have made two one lap runs around the nurses station. I did not go fast but I walked it and mostly just pushed the walker along in front of me as security.

The bandage is off. I am thinking I will take a picture of the incision for my own records and to gross out friends. If you really want to see a large wound stapled and stitched together pm me you email. I don't want to post it on the site.

Nope my wife was up here so she made sure my gown was tied and covering my tush. I know nothing turns on a nurse more than the backend of a man with a walker. My wife did not want to have to fight off all the nurses.
