What about a drop top XKR?? I'm pretty sure that'll be my next car after the XJ

Those are pretty. But I don't know. There's something about those old Porsches. When I am looking at the for sales, I am always looking 70's or early 80's. Those are the ones that make me sigh... I like old cars in general. They have character.

HHI944 09-23-2012 05:41 PM

Blue crabs. They were freaking delicious!!!! Even better knowing I caught em. A good size spot tail bass snapped my line.......I was running 30lb......
...he had to have been over 3 feet.......I'm mad because I just switched back down From 50lb...

I do love crab though. ;)

Love Mud Crabs - more meat and less work than the Blue Swimmers.
Although, any fresh crab is a good'n

My Landy is old ;)

I know what you mean though, every time i see a 912 I stare longingly.....

HHI944 09-23-2012 05:46 PM

Yeah Jeff, the rock crabs here are insane, but you can only harvest a single claw from each so the blues are easier to make a meal

Sid, drive an XKR and then voice your opinion

HHI944 09-23-2012 05:49 PM

The bigger crab was vicious. He actually dented one of the metal bars on the trap

tweezers74 09-23-2012 05:50 PM

Mmmmmmm... You are making me hungry. I love any kind of crab. Blue, snow, king, stone, etc. I am like the shrimp guy on Forrest Gump except with crab. Yummy!

Porsche-poor 09-23-2012 05:58 PM

Dinner is fixed. Time to eat.

Outback Porsche 09-23-2012 06:03 PM

I had king crab for the very first time earlier this year. That's a really sweet meat. I'll get that again when I can ;)

The local Thai restaurant does a fried soft shell crab - really good. I think they use blues.

Outback Porsche 09-23-2012 06:06 PM

Hmm, I'm thinking that crab cakes are on the menu for me tonight :D

Now, just have to hold out for another eight hours...it gunna be tough ;)

I'm gearing up for my annual thanksgiving gumbo. When I catch something that I think will go well, I'm cleaning it and then vacuum packing it in the freezer. Hoping to get a mess of stone crab claws and some ray for this years pot.

Tacos here for the night. Had salmon and cod last night. Yawn. Did the blackberry purge on the hill. Think I wrenched the back a little.
