No words to this song, so Rick hopefully won't mind the Rush.

it sure is interesting to listen to the obvious bias from the commentators with the U of Utah football game.

All I saw was something about rejecting debauchery

I'm having problems processing this

I thought we had already established that I am not normal.

I joke about the stuff but in real life I would always stay away.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy ****, what a ride!"

paraphrased..... hunter s. thompson

Yeah, but I would rather go out flying off a canyon road than from an od.

Plus I can't shake my religious upbringing completely. That gives me problems sometimes when I have too much time on my hands and I start pondering. I see entropy all around me and I want deeply to make some lasting, permanent contribution to the universe but I just don't see it as possible. But religion caters to that need. But I don't really agree with all the other religion stuff. It is more just a longing to not die unknown and not to be forgotten. I feel like that is not possible but I want it to be.

Well, some of it comes from my dad, but his paranoia is more of a healthy one. Triple checking locks and being ultra-secure with documents, etc. I think that is where my OCD comes from, though.

Boring is all subjective, too. My definition of boring would be different from most people's. So would my view of fun.

But yeah, I could persuade myself to go out if I already had someone to go with.

i have no doubt that you will live to be older than me, barring something catastrophic. there are few things i'd change, however.

I'm not really concerned about living to be a ripe old age. From what I have heard getting old sucks. Although, Bill Milliken sure accomplished a whole lot of cool stuff in his 101 years.

I seem to take after my mom's side of the family in many ways and the men on that side never lived to be too old from what I understand.

Anyway, I would say I am happy with the pursuits I have chosen over the past 10 years or so. I missed out on some things but gained others.

the one thing i do regret is not taking more risks, when i was younger, with girlfriends and such. i regret that i never told my girlfriend just out of high school that i loved her. it haunts me. we went out for about three years. i NEVER told her how i felt.

Scream. Sorry posted from phone. Nope no gig. But things are looking up for him already. The venue owner talked to him told him to get a drummer and call him.

Borrow the drummer from DU. I told Connor to ask her last night. It's not asking her to join the band, just fill in for a couple of gigs. This should not be a problem.
