I am gonna go play in the garage. The crazy exhaust manifold bolts will not stay tight on the Elky. I will go tighten them up again. I think I am going to make up some studs and just put studs into the head and then use locking nuts. There has to be a way to keep them tight.

Well Sid, we have a lovely 60+ day overcast and waiting for the 5hit weather they keep saying is coming, already sat outside for a bit of fresh air and had breakfast this morning.

What you going to Louisiana for? Holiday or work

I was bored so am now making some biscotti biscuits, love almond and cranberry biscotti, fantastic for drinking with a good red, dunking in Baileys and just having with a coffee, easy to make and no fats, except for the almonds, so good for you too!! well relatively compared to eating store bought biscuits.

My flower from pole this week. It was so cool, there was a woman who was like 55 there today. And she rocked it! I officially learned how to "peel" my shirt off. We learned a new trick this week that I know I look horrible doing. I am actually good at the trick we learned last week. My arms are killing me. You get "pole kisses" which are basically pole burns that look like hickies on your arms. Awesome. Mine aren't that bad. Gonna be going to a Halloween party this evening. Didn't have time to make my costume idea so I am gonna be sushi again.

Rick, you sure you are ok? That doesn't sound good...

Really, nothing exciting. We basically take off our shirt while moving around on the floor. It actually is a really good thigh exercise.

Well, it's the weekend. Rest up.

That's why I am kinda like really? We need to learn this? Granted, it looks prettier and sexier but whatever. It's kind of funny. We work on all these little details and I am like really? Does he really care if my toes are pointed or not? If my back is arched instead of rounded? I guess it does look prettier/sexier but I guess my head isn't in it since I am not really taking this class to entertain a husband or boyfriend.

Seriously? Does a dude really pay attention to these "details"? Curious.

On a different note, haven't been very good at training for my half marathon. Work schedule and travel has made it hard to train. I am going to suck come December but oh well. At least I am out there. Looking forward to getting on my snowboard again.
