It is supposed to be up in the 70s again for the weekend.

Jim Richards 11-30-2012 05:45 AM

We'll have mid-to-upper-50s this weekend. I guess I can live with that.

GH85Carrera 11-30-2012 06:06 AM

I just wish we could get some real rain.

Porsche-poor 11-30-2012 06:36 AM

I ordered a Friday but I'm not sure if it came or not. I'll find out later today. Found out yesterday the boss sent one of the other drafters to a job site indefinitely. Now I will get saddled with the electrical drafting as well.

Here ya go Rick.

Good morning everybody! How come it seems like I am so busy even though I am not working? I have been on the phone since 8 AM. The hiring manager gave me a list of the sales people I will be working with and says I can call them and ask questions. That's a good sign I think? I couldn't imagine giving out the name of six people to more than two people to have them bother them with "newbie" questions. So I think I have a good chance! And I already know three out of the six names she gave me. Woo hoo! Keep your fingers crossed!

I leave tomorrow to run the half marathon. My mind is on other things but I guess 13 miles running would be a good time to think about it. Looking forward to seeing my gal pals. They are two gals that I went to a MBA "girls" trip to Acapulco way back when. I think there were about 16 of us that went. Good times. Now I do remember that was one of the few times that I didn't let the Asian glow stop me. Yeah, there are pictures that were destroyed. :)

Good morning tweeze and good luck with everything!

GH85Carrera 11-30-2012 11:21 AM

Hello Kitty.

Morning All

Good luck Tweeze.

Time to go put some new bonnet (hood) struts on the 944. Hooroo for a wee bit.

GH85Carrera 11-30-2012 01:16 PM

Yea, I am going to replace the front hood shocks on the 911 this weekend. The passenger side is easy. The drivers side is a pain to get do.

My wife has a bonnet in the house somewhere from some Easter dress her mom made for her. No bonnets in the garage.

Evening Y'all. Well today was fun, the sour apple at work got hit with the stool he likes to sit on all day, and no I didn't do it but I sent the sour apple home after it happened. The foreman was out at twelve today so I got to play h.n.i.c.

azzarule 11-30-2012 03:23 PM

Evening Rick,

Have you the weekend off, or do you have to work some of it.

That was much easier than I thought it would be. People on the 944 forum made me worry it'd be a PIA. Glad it wasn't.

Rick V 11-30-2012 03:33 PM

Evening Azzy, I am pulling a couple of hours tomorrow morning. Nothing much, although a local pelican is swinging by with his 84 Euro. I think I'll take Lanna out tomorrow. :)

Rick V 11-30-2012 03:35 PM

Here is what a 944S looks like under the knife. I really miss this car it was so comphy, it made up for being a slouch.
