Just spent the last hour building a soft box for my flash out of a cardboard box. Turned out pretty good. Nice and rigid.

Yeah, but only one fits.

Happy with the results.

Cool!

I singed my eyebrows, (former) mustache, and the hair on one arm when I had a 480VAC electrical box explode on me. I was an industrial electrician while working through college. I pulled a fuse from that electrical box. Unfortunately, there was magnesium dust in the box and it exploded. Shouldn't have as the equipment it supplied was turned off, but did. Almost knocked me out of my lift at about 20ft off the factory floor.

I have been both lucky and careful not to injure myself much more than busted knuckles and a few gouges from screwdrivers. I have not been to the emergency room since the 80s. The last time I cut myself bad enough to need stitches was in 1980 or so when I broke a glass light dome with my finger. Three stitches and no big deal.

Good morning folks.

Whew, I am tired. We had perfect weather today. 65 degrees, gentle breeze, and blue skies. I washed Mrs. Carrera's car, then washed and waxed the El Camino. I took this picture of it in front of the house I would love to have. It is just under a mile from my house. My house is 1/10th of one percent of this place. It is on a modest 80 acres. It has a pool with a waterfall and a grotto. For the geeks out there pull the geo coding on the photo and check out the house. It has two barns, and a lake that is huge. There is a long bridge to get to the house that crosses the creek. It is landscaped and beautiful.

No continuity or storyline, just randomness.

Glen if you had that place you would have to put "farm use" on the Elky

Start on page one and read every page. Then you will understand or realize we are like a Sienfield episode. No real plot, just funny people. I have read every single page on this thread.

Their landscaping budget alone is more than my salary.
