if i were to guess, and this is only a guess, i'd say no, it won't fit. there were some pretty major changes to the frame in '99. thus, the geometry and everything will be different.

you could ask the question at ducati.ms and see what people have to say.

I know the mounts would have to be altered, I'm just wondering about the header diameters really.

I've an extra set of stock cans, I might cut them back to the mounts and half core the remainder and see how they look/sound
