Ha ha! I think the least amount of clothes I have worn pole dancing is what you see minus the tank top, just sports bra. Again, sorry to burst your bubble. No, I like to watch video because its like sports, you can see the small mistakes you are making. It is a lot like golf. You have so many things to think about (timing, body position, and the hope you aren't going to fall and smack yourself in the face) that its nice to analyze it after the fact. Don't you guys watch videos of yourself after autocross? See how you handle turns, your timing, etc.

Most of the time I do. But I ignore it like most men do when we women go off on one of our nonsensical rants. Occasionally, I don't, and like men, I don't care enough to try and figure it out.

I very rarely just wear a sports bra. But when I do, it is when I am truly gonna die of heat. I never just go wearing a sports bra. Have a shirt and then end up taking it off. During pole, that classroom is so small and gets hot really fast. Besides, the one time I ended up in just my sports bra in pole was when we learned how to "peel". Ha ha ha. And even then I wore two or three t-shirts over my sports bra. Ha ha!

And I run sometimes in just a sports bra and running skirt. But I am not at the gym. "Obviously" not trying to show off unless I am trying to show off to the cows, ducks, and goats I am running by. Maybe it is different here in AZ where it gets so freaking hot. I see sports bras, running skirts, and short short biker running shorts all the time. Now I am curious. Need to run a half marathon east or northeast.
