Woke with a shocker of a headache. :( Had to pop some codine. I was going to go for a hike early this morning - working my neck with the TENS and it seems to be getting better. May still walk later.

I just stuffed my face with peach creme brûlée pancakes. They were probably 1000 calories but worth every bite.

Now I need to work it off. Pole time! Working on a routine to this new song I am totally addicted to... Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. Raw. I can listen to it over and over and dance to it for hours. I have lost 6 pounds since doing this pole thing hard core. Another private lesson next week...
