Just remember we all get older. It's not something you're thinking about at 22 but, it happens to us all.

Fair enough... But remember janet, I was a pharm tech in a past life. I have no fear of recreational drugs to make up the difference...

A bucket of cold water ..........

Jferr006 06-02-2013 01:00 PM

Agree.
Being young wasn't exactly boring though ;)

Cougars don't go for 32 yr olds for a good time ;)

LOL...Skill and experience wins out over youthful energy and exuberance every time (unless you are talking about men that have not taken care of themselves). Everything still works...and you have lots more experience operating the machinery.

Cougars are just women who found out that men their age won't take their crap...or are like the school teachers that sleep with their 12 year old students. Mommy issues.

porsche4life 06-02-2013 01:20 PM

Fint... A young man can have skill. Its all about being attentive and learning quickly. ;)

Jferr006 06-02-2013 01:20 PM

Is it a full moon? this place has been bananas this week.

Oh geez, Sid. You're all cocky and think you are better than you really are.

LOL...If you are skilled at 22...imagine when you have 22...or even 32 years experience on top of your current skill set. Assuming you work out, eat right and take care of your equipment.

Good answer, finstone but first of all, I guess technically I fit under the umbrella of cougar but seriously, men my age do not hit on me. They think I am in my 20's. So what happens is that 20 something's hit on me. I don't think that makes me a cougar. I do not pursue them. And granted, most I want to flick on the forehead and go, "shoo fly", but some are I telling end and more mature than the men in their 30s and 40s.

Secondly, it's such a double standard. When a female dates a younger man, she has "mommy issues". If an older man dates a younger woman, it's all pats on the back. I have seen it many times in Pelican. In fact, some of the men are married to much younger women. I say age is just a number. Granted, of course it isn't acceptable to date your students but it peeves me when it is so double sides for women. I mean the men I went on dates this week were 11 and 8 years older than me and nobody blinked an eye. Would it have been the same if I went on a date with a fella who was 27?

Touche. I'm like a good bottle of scotch, only getting better with age.

Ummmm, I have been out on the dating scene. Yeah, not so much of the men keeping up with the women. And I am not just saying that. I have a lot of female friends who are single and say the same thing.
