What's milo?

Just got done with another 14 mile bike ride on my "new" vintage Huffy beach cruiser. So fun! I love it! Now I am enjoying a spinach, mango, flaxseed smoothie. Yum!

chocolate malted powder, very yummy. You mix it in your milk a bit like ovaltine, which you might not know about either. But if you don't really mix it in too much, then you get a nice crusty top on your milk of wet milo, and it is yummy to spoon out to eat.

well if it was a mango smoothie the milo would go just fine with that.

I just googled it. Sounds interesting. Where do you get it here in the states, Azzy?

a little Asian Grocers down the road from me, let me know if you want some and I will get you a can.

it has been known for the kids (and now so young kids!!) to eat it straight out of the can !!

Milo is made by nestle.

And Azzy, I think I will be able to find it here. I frequent a quite large Asian store here that I am sure would have it.

Spoon it over vanilla icecream. Yummo.

Tis a problem for us office warriors.

The missus had me planting natives we had in pots where the palms were. After the first foot, I was on the crowbar breaking up ground that was doing a pretty good impression of concrete.
