it's a rental house.

I try not to go out of my way.

the odd thing I noticed is that this door is a different color, slightly, than all the others. So it's been replaced before. I wonder why.

Whoever did it did it sh***ily

I reccomend that you move to California. Get far away from that door!

Fixed door using duct tape and old windshield wiper blade rubber.

Sid, your pain can be healed by my friends Jack, Jim, or Evan. Their russian friend Stoli knows his stuff, too.

Hehe, I'm glad my tenants are not like you, do you call your landlord to change light bulbs too??

(I've got dream tenants (touching wood), timely payments, the guy's very handy and fixes stuff himself, no drinkers, no drug users. I could not wish for better people!)

We fix our own stuff, I've never called a landlord for anything in my 4 years of renting besides a leaking shower. I just try to to spend too much time worrying about the little stuff. If it were my own home, it would be fixed the right way instantly. But I never stay in one place for too long.

Morning... Skipping my class due to the stabbing gas pains and diarrhea. Shouldn't have had taco bell for dinner apparently....

In other news I don't notice my hip hurting now....

Merry Christmas!

My wife & I just got home from the company Christmas party. No time travel involved. Back around Christmas we had a big snow storm. Every time we were ready to re-schedule either the weather turned bad or our pilot was out of town on a job. We figured it would be real rude to have a company party while one vital employee was out on a job so we would delay the party again.

We finally got a day when everyone could be there. We ate at Mickey Mantles in downtown OKC. That was a darn good steak

Rick.... If you come here in the morning.... I need a reality check...

Think I can do the belts, water pump, and front end reseal in two sundays and a saturday? Do I really need those special tools?
