That is the natural state for most men. :)

Get better soon.

I dated a chick ages ago that had a simple cure. A shot of Tequila chased by a beer evey 15 minutes. In short order you don't care about anything.

I wish we had white stuff instead of the clear hard slick ice that is forecast. We might have a major ice storm. With luck it will stay north of us.

Porsche-poor 12-20-2013 08:06 AM

That would be what is under the white crap.

GH85Carrera 12-20-2013 08:40 AM

It looks like the worst of our weather will be here and gone over the weekend. We can just hole up and hope the power stays on. It sucks to watch TV in the dark and cold.

Porsche-poor 12-20-2013 08:59 AM

If the powers out there is not much to watch.

Yea, and surfing the internet is tough too.

We do have a battery operated TV. It only picks up a few broadcast stations.

In one past ice storm we lost power at home so we just loaded up and came down to my office. The office never seems to loose power. The power was back on after a few hours. Our dog children though the office was fun. Lots of dead bugs to eat.

Gack, gag, yuck.

A customer just came in to pick up his order and he is a HEAVY smoker. He REEKED of cigarettes. Bleck. It was like standing next to an old ash tray in a closed room on a rainy day.

The cool part is the customer guy got all of his siblings and cousins to pool together and pay for us to fly pictures of "grandpa's" farm. Grandpa has 40 acres about 10 miles outside of the middle of nowhere. He is a wheat farmer. There is an old barn on the property and grandpa hangs out in the barn a lot just tinkering since granny passed.

The totally cool part is we flew over and started shooting as grandpa was standing in the sun lit door of barn with his dog sitting by his side. We could not have timed it more perfect. The lady that came in started crying when she saw the picture. Their entire family is paying for this as a Christmas present for gramps because he does not want or need any presents. We shot a lot of pics but that one of him in the door of the barn is cool.

Wonder how long you would have to sit on yer front porch to get caught on google street view.

GH85Carrera 12-20-2013 10:39 AM

There will never be a Google street view of that farm. They will not drive 10 miles down a dirt road and a 1/4 mile past a gate.

Chilies, righto, I've got them up the wahzoo.

So, my nose will dribble like a sailors dick and my arse will be inflicted with the pain from a ring of fire.

I've got it now, inflict pain and suffering on other parts of the body so I forget about the head cold.

:D:D:D

sounds, um, interesting....?

After the peppers you have a go at some ice cream. Then back to the peppers to keep the sinus clear. Then finish up with ice cream. That way the next morning everyone will hear you screaming "Come on ice cream"

You live in a neighborhood with neighbors. That farm is probably a mile from any other house. Heck his house is almost 1/2 a mile from his own barn.

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1387574667.jpg

His barn in near the top middle of the photo. The house is hidden in the trees at the bottom left. This is located 5 miles further out of the middle of nowhere.
