My brother announced the plans to all the employees yesterday. It would be even less of an non-commute for me, 4 miles instead of 10.

They bought the property but haven't gotten it rezoned by the City Council yet. The property is currently zoned residential. But it looks very favorable because Kimray has a very good reputation.

The timeline is expected to be around 6 years and the expected cost will be 45 million.

I probably didn't help your cause much as I told my brother and nephew how Henry Ford built entire communities for his workers so they could live closer and not have an excuse for being late for work.

Seriously, the Kimray day shift starts at 6:30am so I don't think there will be much more traffic for your commute. And the cows and donkeys are a mile away from the site.

The cows and donkeys were on that site as well.

I roll through there just before 7:00 so just the stragglers will be the real problem. I usually get to my office just after 7:00 even though we consider 7:30 the start of the day. I do that to beat the traffic.

If they are straggling in at 7am, they are late and if it happens very many times...they get fired. 6:30am means at their station and working. Glad I am not a production worker.

Evening Y'all
I am so glad this week is over, it has been a rather trying one. I think tomorrow I am going to sleep in. I am going to stay in bed until at least six. I have earned it.

It was way to cold to drive the Lotus with the top down. I still did, it was just to cold for that crap.

Discovered the 1st weekend I had my 914 that you could only handle about an hour cruising down the highway at 80+ with the top off before your hair beat your head sore.

I took a nice twisty road home. A crap driver in a 996 tried to follow me, every curve I'd drop a gear and accelerate while I could see him grabbing a whole mess of brake behind me then he'd catch up on the straights and repeat

Took the 900SS to work again today. No racing 996s for me. Just lane-splittin' goodness through LA traffic.
