You can have winter. Assuming it will ever go away up here. Since May starts tomorrow I believe this will be the first year EVER that I waited until May to turn on the AC system. Normally we have had weeks of weather that was hot by this time of year. We have the first 90 degree day forecast for Sunday.

Still some snow here and there............mostly there.
Driveway is dried out and I've graded it smooth again.
I've been working for the town road crew as they only have two employees and bunch of the roads washed out when it warmed up, melted the snow, and then rained.
Lots of culverts to replace and roads to rebuild. Got some FEMA money coming so that will help.

Naw, I doubt I will drive her much in that kind of heat, she likes to cook oil. Although with the removal of humidity I doubt that kind of heat will bother me much. Seriously, you want oppressive heat, come visit Joe or I on july and august, you will think the desert south west is air conditioned

Cheaper to rent by the hour. $75-100 per gig.

You'll want ac in Peggy... Unless you don't intend to drive her much out here. Heck you could trade her for a 2WD truck. I don't think you'll see snow again...
