The red Cab has quite a bit done to it but the other looks nicer. Then again I am partial to topless.

I just looked at the weather app on my iPhone.

It is 64 degrees here in OKC at the moment but it is 91 degrees in San Diego! and 90 in Monterey.

How is that possible?

flipper35 05-13-2014 02:16 PM

That's warm for SD this time of year.

HHI944 05-13-2014 02:35 PM

81 here..... and like 300% humidity so it only feels like 110...

Jeezus! 400+hp in 2400lbs!?!? The Lotus can get pretty cagey with under 200 in 2300lbs!

Evening Y'all. Well one of the downfalls of being 6-4 is the racks only go up to 6-0 and that leaves a lot hanging below that mark. I walked slam into a trailer hitch under a Dodge one ton this afternoon. Holy cow my head hurts, and before you ask yes the hitch is just fine.

Porsche-poor 05-13-2014 03:46 PM

are you sure?

I've caught the corner of our rack a few times. That freaking hurts! I can't imagine how the trailer hitch felt against your head! Any blood?

Rick V 05-13-2014 04:05 PM

Sid, any good head injury gets blood. It isn't worth mentioning otherwise

GH85Carrera 05-13-2014 04:10 PM

When I bought my Elky I took off a trailer hitch that was mounted. I replaced the hitch with a receiver unit. That other hitch was a shin killer. The receiver hitch is flush of course and the hitch part stays next to the spare tire away from my shins.

I remember my uncle having a pretty nasty cut on his head after walking into the corner of the basket on of our trucks. He hit it hard enough that it knocked him down. Not pretty!

I saw the floor Sid, it was a good thing it was there, I would have hated to fall further then that

porsche4life 05-13-2014 04:38 PM

Ouch! At least he landed in grass when he did it....

Rick V 05-13-2014 04:39 PM

Yeah but he blacked out, I just got too dizzy to stand.

RKDinOKC 05-13-2014 05:17 PM

Dad was a machinist. When at work or working in garage, etc he wore a cap with the bill turned up in front like you see some of the bicycle riders do...

Said it was to keep from bumping his head. The idea being the bill flipped up works like a low hanging object feeler.
