The only instant gratification will be that we are getting something that appraised for 180k for only 120k.

So...You gonna flip it then?

There are a couple of houses I did not buy when I was shopping for the one I'm in now, that if I would have bought and flipped them I would not have a house payment now and most likely be driving a new Porsche Targa.

Hey, at least you got to take a vacation.

When younger went on driving vacation the first weekend after purchasing 76 914. The first day back was supposed to start a new job. Got home at 2am Monday morning to the sound of water running and found the plumbing had burst. What a mess. No telling how long it had been bursted. Had to call in my first day on the job to take the day off, stay home, and get the plumbing fixed. Great first impression eh?

Future reno's and additions but no flipping. Really like the house, location and land. Well, I can't say never. Who knows what the future will bring. Pooper Tank inspection this thursday.

Good Tuesday morning folks.

House flipping can be great, but it is a risky business. I have two different friends that do it for a living. They work their butts off and they might score on one house and just be happy to sell the next one for what they have in it.

Nope that would not be fitting the English way. Almost to the bottom of the paper pile.
