Since it's after new years and the trucks will be catching up from the holidays, I would think traffic will keep the interstates fairly clean and dry or will clear up pretty quickly. It as been unseasonably warm until just yesterday.

I got kicked out of that gym

flipper35 12-31-2014 12:50 PM

Oh yeah. Then you wanted to get kicked out of another to see how quick it could be done. That's the problem with reading this thread in one huge chunk. The timeline runs together.

The problem with this thread being here from page one is that I realized just how much of my life has been spent here

flipper35 12-31-2014 12:55 PM

I will say one thing. You do get to know people a bit in here. It feels weird posting sometimes because I got to know all of you reading this and you don't know me from Zach.

azzarule 12-31-2014 01:00 PM

its a weird world, and the Stijn thread is a good representation of the world's population

azzarule 12-31-2014 01:02 PM

it is amazing, a common interest in Porsche cars, whether wanting one, or owning one, has pulled a bunch of eclectic people together from all over the World, cool eh

We make a point to catch up with each other from here too when we can. Dave and G have been to my house, I bought Pete breakfast, Azzy is actually crazier in person than you would imagine, Seahawk, well he is just totally awesome and not what you would expect. Jim is always a laugh, just watch out for Lu, she stabbed me and laughed about it. The master and I have not met yet but we talk almost every day in PM over on FB.
Weather permitting I am hoping to meet Glen and Richard in a couple of days, Sid may come down and buy me a hotdog next week.
Once I move D said he was gonna invade and teach me how to shoot, and I kind of have a feeling David will be shipping his Targa to me to fix, but I am going to make sure he comes down in person to drive it back.
All in all it is a great group here and I have never met anybody from here, or Pelican for that matter who isn't welcome at my place.

Whatever happened with V?

If it were summer I would pay your way to make a detour for a wiring harness fix. Plus dinner at a local place that serves a side of beef that they call the petite serving.

If we ever travel out that way we will throw in the Texas Star for you to try.

Rick V 12-31-2014 01:17 PM

If you travel out that way dinner is on me.

azzarule 12-31-2014 01:18 PM

well, I resemble that remark.

And not to forget Sid and Thuy, who would have thought.

azzarule 12-31-2014 01:20 PM

one things for sure Rick, the landscapes over there are superb, and you will have plenty to keep you occupied on your days off, the scenery is superb.

Rick V 12-31-2014 01:25 PM

I am looking forward to seeing it 1,000 meters at a time

RKDinOKC 12-31-2014 01:51 PM

I, for one, refuse to represent anything without getting paid for it. Or at least get a discount.

flipper35 12-31-2014 01:59 PM

I have been told couple people that azzy is crazier than I can imagine. I can imagine a lot of crazy.

Yins have a good new years.

Rick V 12-31-2014 02:05 PM

Azzy is full on nutz, and Steve is just as quiet and reserved as they come but when he cuts you it is always a deep bleed. They are a ton of fun

nynor 12-31-2014 02:06 PM

i have a feeling that rick will be doing the firearm schooling.

Rick V 12-31-2014 02:09 PM

Naw, I am sure you have a lot more time in at the long shots than I do. It;s hard to find anything here over 250 yards

nynor 12-31-2014 02:19 PM

weren't you saying soda cans at 700 yards or some such?
