Well this figures, Beth and I found a house we really like, over in BuenaVista, it suits our needs perfectly, price is awesome and the realtors don't return calls and the websites are all screwed up. It is the same company I have my house listed with and I can't even find mine listed, since the site is screwed up. I sent an email a couple f days ago and I got an email telling me the name of the chick that NEVER called me. OMFG I hate people

Finally about to see American Sniper...

We liked it. For sure not a feel good happy movie. Reality sometimes sucks.

You'd think that would be the case, but from what I've heard from a lot of places, its not always that way...

Why do you think I got into this? I realized the ration of good intelligent realtors, to slack ass soccer moms was about 1 out of every 10. I know how to sell, once I get fully up to speed on the ins and outs, I'll be doing just fine.

Had a very good realtor that helped me find this house. She was very sensitive to our special needs and didn't mind spending a lot of time letting us evaluate a LOT of houses for handicap accessibility for my brother. It was kinda weird. She listed my mom's house and it sold within 2 weeks for top dollar I might add. We had listed it before and were totally unprepared and only had 3 months to find a house. Guess she felt responsible.

The only thing my house really needs is a bigger garage. For some reason I would like a garage at least wide enough to open the doors on both sides of both cars all the way without worrying about hitting the other car or the wall. Is that too much to ask? There were a surprising number of houses that the garages weren't deep enough to park a Ford Crown Vic in and close the door and get past the car.

Don't understand people like my next door neighbor. His garage is full of junk and both cars sit outside. The junk is NOT worth the depreciation of either one of the cars from being outide.

I sure miss using the Tapatalk app on Pelican with my phone. I wonder why it was killed. Likely the reason comes down to money.

So.......It's been below 0 for most of last week. What does it decide to do yesterday?...........warm up and rain. Can you say ICE. Had to chain up the pick-up to make it up the driveway yesterday.
First time I've had to put chains on it since we bought it in 03.

Unfortunately that's so true, good for you though.

I wanted nothing to do with realtors when we bought/sold last year, but the wife wanted one. So I had to deal with a smokin hot, half nude bubbly blonde for 3 months...and she didn't make the sale so I never had to pay for the visitation rights :)

Wife, was not, impressed.
