Fill a spray bottle with water... One of the big ones, cool the tires after each run.

Morning, lads!

Great, yet another vacation week ahead.

Maybe, just maybe, its time to adjust the valves on the 3.2. What a pain. Not the actual adjusting, which I find pretty involving, but what comes before and after, with everything that has to come off and reassemble. But the worst thing is, that after all that work, I don´t notice any difference. Smooth running engine before and after.

I have to do that too. I'm going to get one more autocross in though. Then, off with the fun stuff and time to smog.....

Looks like great fun, Dave! Pretty much a second gear course, I reckon? I had to skip Nurburgring last week, (KIDS!!), but my brother and a friend went. They got several wonderful laps in a great sunset with almost no traffic. In his GT3 2010. Best time 8.40. Not bad for a couple of amateurs.

Did they use the nifty chronometer?

I've not been there, but you did miss out, Markus!

I know, G. But both of them have done at least one or two training courses at the Ring and driven some 20-30 laps each. Furthermore they had almost no traffic at all and brilliant weather, which is paramount for good lap times.

Then, of course, a brand new GT3, is probably one of the best vehicles around for the Ring.

The lucky bastards!

No, Dave, they clocked it with another kind of timer instrument as far as I know.

They should have felt like they were getting greasy.

I doubt that, unless you got so cold with AC you froze up. The A/C can't use more than 30 HP. You have plenty of power to spare. A few tenths I might accept, but not a full second.
