That's a bummer, Wayne. I hope your daughter recovers quickly.

I need a bigger shop vac, just to pick up after the puppy.
Preferably one that automatically separates ripped up trashm sticks, and leaves from dog toys.
Stupid dog figured out how to open the trash can lid that has the motion sensor. She is just big enough now that if she walks by too close it opens, and she, being a puppy, investigates and shreds.

Was sitting in the lazy boy. Sneezed and hurriedly grabbed a kleenex to blow my nose. Folded it in half and it immediately disappeared from my hands. Happened again before I realized Pepper was sneaking up and nabbing them the little stink pot.

Hope the daughter gets well soon.

Morning Y'all,
Wayne I hope all is well with the little one this morning.
Well I am not too sure how this is going to work out but I am going to try and get to work, although there is no way I can drive my car, I can't get in the damn thing.

that was a long night.

Wife and daughter got back around 2:30am. They IV'd my daughter with fluids and she was pretty darn chipper(moreso than mom and dad).

I can't remember the last time I was still awake after midnight. Did catch a good documentary on the band "Kansas".

Thanks for the well wishes!

Good news Wayne. IVs are good magic for dehydration.

I know the feeling about not being awake often after midnight. It is rare indeed for me as well. I am pretty sure my watch stops at 11:00 PM and then jump to 6:00 am on most days. We are in bed by 10:30 most nights.

Get some rest Wayne. It is always great to take a nap at work!

Glad to hear it, Sick kids make me sad, just like sick critters, sick adults just get laughed at.
I made the attempt to go to work today, and found I could not get into the boxster which I already knew so I took Peggy, after the third bump that made me completely lock up I turned her around and came back home.
We will try again tomorrow, although I have no clue what I will be able to do, I can always push a broom, or do some electrical repairs to the facility, we have a few issues.

So when you were thinking you want a stiff part of the body you were thinking much much lower. No simple quick cure for a stiff neck.

The forecast for today is 78 degrees so I decided that meant SHORTS!

I don't mind the stiff part, it is the nerve pinching action that actually makes me want to yack. I guess by my own words Y'all can laugh at me.

I'm a stay at home dad so a nap is doable pretty much anytime.

Hope you feel better Rick.

We had decent weather but woke up to the four lane closed about ten miles from us because the plows couldn't keep up with the snow. Our highway was nice and smooth from the layer of hard packed snow on it. we are supposed to get thunderstorms later this week. That will clean the roads, but the yard is going to be mushy. Won't get raked for a while yet I guess. The weird part about that is our daughter volunteered to rake the yard. Granted we have one that goes behind the lawn tractor, but she has to clean up the dog poo first and then after raking it it has to be bagged and put in the compost pile. Since we don't clean up after the fur kids in the winter there is a lot to be picked up.

Rick, can't you do like on Lethal Weapon and hit your body on something to fix your nerve? Codine?

Richard, it is morning but not a great one. Get to go to the eye doctor this afternoon and again tomorrow since they won't do a contact fitting the same time as an eye exam. Sounds like an excuse for more money to me.

Puppies even know that. Mine poops in the neighbors front yard, neighbors dog poops in my front yard. So the scoopin cancels out.

But I have worn contacts since 1984 and have never had to have a separate exam. It is a new doctor because of our new health insurance.

Joe, I once did that. To clarify, I was pretty young at the time and mom caught me, but yet I did do the deed right out front.

Cute puppy, Richard.

Brent trying to do the lethal weapon thing is what messed me up in the first place? Actually not but if you know the list of injuries I have been through you would wonder how I can even blink, behind my glasses.

Yeah, I remembered it was for a separated shoulder anyway. Chiro doesn't help with a pinched nerve?

Oh, and any spelling errors are due to the fact I can't see with my old glasses and dilated eyes.
