Pepper got a good sized lump on one side of the top of her head. They say if they have lumps on both sides of the top of their head they are really smart. Since her's was just on one side she either bumped her head or she is a half wit.

Our first lab had half her face all swollen and we took her to the vet. The vet said she needs to leave the bumble bees alone. She never did leave any bee alone.

Our current lab usually had a lump somewhere on her head. Since she is blind in one eye and evidently doesn't use her good one she plows into a lot of stuff. She has one speed, full bore.

I really don't like getting frantic calls from a state law enforcement agency. Especially when it's something that shouldn't be my problem.

i got 4 phone calls inside of 15 minutes from an unknown number. No message, but my mailbox was full. Then I got a text from a 'state trooper'. I was minutes away from texting back a picture of my balls, thinking it was a scam, when a family member called and said they had contacted them, looking for me. Called the main dispatch number for the agency and it was legit...

Weird situation overall.

Here is a photo of the new wall with the plants in place and the start of the drip irrigation system installed.

It will look a lot better in a few months when the plants start to grow larger. Most of the plants are perennials and should come back next year. Some will be several feet tall. In the end she wants a tunnel like effect for the sidewalk. It is still early spring and lots of time to grow.

Oh great Glen, just realized that now, when visiting, will have to be lots more careful pulling out of your driveway or might hit that new wall. Learned in that OKC driving class that if you see my backup lights come on and you are no taller than a cone, RUN!!

We are leaning to driven the Macan. We will have a ton more room for sure. I still need to get her to start figuring out where all we want to visit. The Glacier national park and Jellystone is for sure on the list.

Got letter from my insurance company day before yesterday. They are raising my car insurance premium $200 for 6 months. It was $800 and is going to $1000, that's 20%!

Called around to get quotes and the sad thing is that it is still lower than anywhere else.

You going to Autocross the Macan if you take it?

Last time I went to the 928 gathering I took the Cayenne. On the Saturday tour drive they go pretty fast through all those Texas hill country twisties. It's one of the reasons everyone likes the gathering. Several made comments that they were surprised I didn't have any problems keeping up with the group in the Cayenne. One of the guys had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and he was always falling behind.

That's for full coverage with roadside and no deductible on glass damage for both the 928 and the Cayenne Turbo. The medical went up on the Cayenne and the Collision went up on the 928. The roadside and glass each went up from $3 for 6mo to $7.50.

It was still $20 cheaper than the same coverage at the other insurance companies I got quotes from. My agent says the latest data they base their rates on was released and their rates went up based on vehicle and the claims costs over the past year. She tried to tell me claims were somehow related to the local unemployment rate as well.

I know what you mean. Once had a medical facility send a bill to collections cause they were sending it to the house not the PO Box. Funny that the collections place had no problem finding me.

We had the hospital in CA when we lived out there call to see when we planned to pay the bill. We asked what bill and they said the one they had sent on what turned out to be the day before they called.

This one was past collections, even though we were never notified. I hate people. (In general, not specific persons).

The good news, our Durango has its new heater core but I have to refill the A/C now. Have everything to do it, just haven't.

Glen, we did things backwards. I had a bunch of dirt I had to dig out yesterday to level an area for the gates. You could have just had it for free. Nice midwest black dirt.

Had my mortgage with Wells Fargo because of much better interest for a short time. Tried to setup where they siphon my mortgage payment from my bank. WF said it was setup. Then mortgage not paid and charged me a late fee. Had to call 4 times every time this happened to get the late fee taken off and they wouldn't do anything about messing up my credit report. After 6 months of this I refinanced with someone else.

I get medical bills that is the full bill for something before they submitted to insurance. I receive the bills well after insurance has already paid the bill. It is like they are trying to get double paid. And yes have had these "paid" bills go to collections. If I get a collections call for a medical bill, I tel them to call my health insurance company that already paid the bill and I never hear from them again AND it never shows up on my credit report either. Freaking medical billing racket, that's what it is. Also feel like if a medical "professional" walks into the building while you are having a procedure done and farts, you get a bill for it.

Got a question to ask my Sensitivity Training Consultant.

When is this sensitivity crap going to get so bad we have to change the name of our State, Oklahoma to something else. Oklahoma is Choctaw Indian for Red People. Seems racist by today's standards of "Sensitivity."

Guess I am going to have to start referring to the State as the one just north of Texas. So as not to offend anyone.
