Stijn!!
Morning all.
I never have even thought of buying a few oz of coffee or a truckload. One can at a time is about right. Good Memorial Day everyone. Another pretty day here. We got the koi pond filters cleaned up. That may be the extent of labor today. I think it might be a good day to goof off. |
Happy Memorial Day. It's totally overcast here this morning, but the temperature is nice. I saw this little critter while exercising in the park. Didn't see Alice anywhere.

Just don't chase it down a hole.

Yep. Although I'd love to take the pill that makes you tall, it'd be my luck that I'd end up take the one that makes you small. And don't even get me started on caterpillars that smoke wacky tobacky. Ack!

First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then, lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.

I went to see the original Monty Python back when it was released in the the theaters. I was still in Alabama and I took a date to see it. I laughed my ass off especially the killer rabbit and black knight routine. She sat there unamused. It was our only date. She likely hated Blazing Saddles but I figured there were lots of other women to try the catch and release program on before landing the keeper.
I heard later that the coconut horse sounds was done only because the budget was so low they could not afford real horses. Good Monday, er Tuesday morning all. |
Why would OG&E, our local electric company and Chesapeak (a local big oil company) want to tour our manufacturing facility?
And does it have anything to do with the average speed of a coconut laden swallow? |
morning all. Its topless Tuesday. The targa is out and about! Now watch it rain.
|
As far as I go for Topless Tuesday is open the sun shade on the Turbo sunroof. And I do absolutely NO POLE DANCING!
|
well I had to get it out and clean the cob webs out. This Friday it goes in for an oil change and check up for July.

Many years ago at a former job one of my co workers was a real cute blonde that all the guys drooled over. She and I went to lunch in the 914 one pretty spring day and of course we had the roof off since it had no AC. When we cam back in the front door three of the guys were talking to a customer and she came in all happy and giggly and said guess what we did, we went topless! The guys were all staring daggers at me. I just grinned and said it was great! |
Mornin all (or at least some of you).
Our schedule got all messed up since my sister decided to come visit and we had a get together on dad's side on Sunday that I didn't know about. Since sis was visiting she brought her hand spoon so she could practice a bit and we did that Saturday. She is unnaturally coordinated. Monday we went to the Maquoketa Caves State Park. It was interesting. https://content-na.drive.amazonaws.c...Box=1029%2C577 |
And there is the rain.....

The weather man lied. We were to get thunder showers in the afternoon. I'd be home by then. Oh well.
On a funny note I replaced the rear deck lid cylinder, now when you pull the handle it pops right open like its happy to see you.... |
I find it absolutely incredulous that a meteorologist would be incorrect in their predictions!

One of my wife's former co-workers once said they had a lot of thunder one night "but fortunately no lightning" Pretty funny until you realize she had a college degree and worked at a university. Not as a professor at least. It is real handy to have a rear deck lid and trunk that will stay open without giving you head wounds or bruises |
