I saw in the paper today (yea, I still red the paper) that Amazon is now worth over twice what Wal-Mart is worth. I guess I am part of that since I buy from Amazon all the time and never go to Wal Mart. The Amazon stock is now $1,000 per share. If you had known to buy $1,000 in stock in 1997 it would be worth 500K right now. Dang where is my time machine?

Yep, how's this for Hindsight...when I bought my first 928. Got $10K cash to by a 928 in Ft Worth. The guy decided to not sell. Friend at Apple recommended put cash in Apple stock until I found a car. I didn't. Between when I would have bought stock and found a car Apple Stock went from $30 to $130. And that was only over ONE MONTH...Ouch, that $10K would have growed to $43K. Heck, that is what my 401K is worth now after 37 years.
