There was only one incandescent light that worked in the garage, so, I rewired for 10 ceiling lights, with a pair of 3-way switches to control them. The light fixtures will be either 2-foot or 4-foot LEDs.

So when you drop a screw or bolt, you WILL be able to find it!

I hope so. I hear old people need lots of light, and lots of volume. SO SPEAK UP! And get off my lawn!

I really wanted one back when I was in high school. The only showed the time if you pushed a button and were in a dark area or inside. In the sun they were unreadable. I still wanted one but they were $700 and up. I might have well wanted a Rolex. Never gonna happen.

Mine was $60 and had to push the button, but you could read it in daylight. With the button pushed. Forgot what brand it was though. Think I got it at Service Merchandise. Think it was an Armitron or something like that. Can't find anything that looks like it with the Google. It was cool and nerdy like my HP programable calculator. No slide rules, but you also had to have a mechanical pencil.

Insomnia...

Took Music Theory in HS. As part of the class we had to write a musical phrase, typically about 8 bars. There were all kinds of stuff. serval used a piano, several sang la la stuff. Another used a Theramin. One girl even setup glasses with different amounts of water to make different tones and played them with spoons. I brought in some cans, buckets, bike bell, and old squeeze the bulb car horn and wrote a percussive piece.

Every one accused me of just banging on stuff and honking a horn a few times. But is was all according to the music I had written. So, I took my phrase and did a complete piece arranged for those odd noise makers and the school Jazz Band. It turned out fun. The jazz band played it as part of our Christmas concert. Creatively called it "Honk". Got an A in music theory out of it. And yes, it ended with a pause, then a honk of the horn.

When we moved to this house I went thru my music stuff and couldn't find one sheet of the music. Thought I had kept a copy of the score. Bet since the parts were all hand written it got tossed at school as well.

Good Monday morning. The commute to work down the hall was heavy traffic, both dogs were in the way reminding me me to feed them. As if I might forget. My socks are a little slick on the wood floor in the hall so it is hazardous to make sudden changes in direction or speed and the dogs have a 6th sense on figuring out just where I was planning on going to be in the way. With a short little dachshund one must be careful about stepping on them.

There was a lunar eclipse last night just after 8:00 PM but we had no chance to see it. It was total overcast.

It is still just 72 degrees here. Amazing weather for this time of year.

Whooo Hoooo.

I can retire now for sure. I just received this email:

Your payment file worth $15.5 Million dollars was brought to the desk of Federal Reserve Bank this morning and we have contacted our corresponding Bank in USA for transfer completion. So contact Federal Reserve Bank for further details regarding this payment.

Now, all modalities regarding your fund release/transfer have been put in place here in the Reserve Bank of United States of America, thus, your funds has been made ready for transfer in our sophisticated macro transfer system, what we need from you now is to provide to us the bank account of your choice where you want us to transfer your funds to, so that we can expedite action for the accreditation of your funds into your account immediately.

All I have to do is give them my banking information like routing and checking account number and they will transfer the money right to me.

It must be from that rich uncle I never knew about.

I can work with $15.5 Million in modalities. Just send them my way.

Garage floor is being worked on today. I'm on vacation for two days until the epoxy floor dries & cures enough.

You can never be on vacation. You are just in a holding pattern.
