I'll take a couple of those Riviera tickets. :)

svandamme 11-22-2009 02:26 AM

just watched "US vs Tommy Chong", man, what a character... And his wife's not bad either.

the_webbster 11-22-2009 02:30 AM

Morn, boys.
Markus, if all goes well, I'm going to have a house in your country by monday. Although if that deal goes as well as my search for a good, clean 930...

I'm on my way out for a bike ride (that's what I do), 5C and wet. should be lovely.

svandamme 11-22-2009 02:31 AM

nice.

Rick V 11-22-2009 02:35 AM

Better you than me. I'll stay here where it is dry and warm. :)

Schumi 11-22-2009 02:47 AM

I'm up, it's 4:45, I'm thinking about finally figuring out at what time the gas station up the street will start selling booze again. They stop at 1:30 here.

I'm out, and I'm thirsty.

I'm envisioning going up there at 8AM and buying two 40s of malt.. on a Sunday.

slodave 11-22-2009 02:53 AM

8:00 am? rough... I think they start selling here again around 6:00 am.

Rick V 11-22-2009 02:58 AM

I think there is still a rather large stash of booze left here from when the daughter was here last week. Come get it, I could use the room. :)

Geronimo '74 11-22-2009 02:58 AM

morning boys,
G-man checking in.
Don't drink too much! It ain't good for ya. Consume moderately! ;)
(my wise lesson of the day, now back to BS)

Rick V 11-22-2009 03:00 AM

Schumi is in training for the Olympic drinking team.

Geronimo '74 11-22-2009 03:01 AM

Rick V 11-22-2009 03:20 AM

The dog is cute

Geronimo '74 11-22-2009 03:28 AM

I'm a 'it happens" kinda guy too.
No use in getting stressed (for too long) about things that you just cannot change or turn back.
The future lies ahead.

Stijn, what's the translation of "throttlebody" in Dutch?

svandamme 11-22-2009 03:34 AM

Turboo934 11-22-2009 03:35 AM

Same here. It is a chamber of commerce weather day.

As soon as we get back from the movies I am starting on my suspension refresh. R&R all the rubber suspension parts, new shocks, turbo tie rods, and on and on. I hope to get it all done by January. Lots of "while I am in there" projects.

It is so pretty today I figure I will take a short drive before I take the suspension apart.

Rick V 11-22-2009 08:53 AM

Don't forget to check your rear sway bar mounts for signs of cracking while you are in there.

Turboo934 11-22-2009 10:22 AM

It's going to be 53F during the day. No snow it has melted off, though up in the ski area there ready to open.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1258913520.jpg This is what it looked like 2 years ago and last year, I'm at 7500 feet.

porsche4life 11-22-2009 11:57 AM

You torturing bastard.... Thats my favorite part of the country... The realestate is ungodly high up there but I still will move there when I am done with school....

Oh its 57 here and sunny.... Just got back from a spirited run to the carwash in the Porsche... :D Now off to the shop to do a little welding...

It's even a silly word in its own language.... "Throttlebody" sounds more natural...
Or maybe I've been roaming English sites for too long...

porsche4life 11-22-2009 04:10 PM

That poor fridge didn't stand a chance... Videos soon... ;)

Schumi 11-22-2009 10:06 PM

es ist meine geburtstag!

I'm out of scotch, and thus I am uneventfully celebrating with a malt 40 while listening to music here on the couch... good night.

Geronimo '74 11-22-2009 10:17 PM

Happy birthday Schumi!!
Enjoy the Malt!

Geronimo '74 11-22-2009 10:18 PM

Stijn,

maybe your advice is needed/welcome here.
