I doubt that'll ever change.

David, it's 60 out and raining here.

Glen, your wife's closet sounds like it's the size of our master bedroom.

52 and clear skies. The bad news when your storm get here it also bring in cold air from the north behind it. The snow is mostly going to be Kansas, but we get the cold. And since you guys are sharing the storm, we sill share it and send it to Rick and Pete.

When I was looking for this house there was a house near here that was a 3bdroom 1700sqft like this one for basically the same price except it had a 4 car garage! Too bad it would have cost too much to make it wheel chair accessible.

Sounds cool, but it was kind of ugly. The front yard was all driveway and garage. We didn't even look at the house because there were 4 steps up from the drive to the small front porch.

Our relator gave us a pile of listed houses. We drove by all of them. If it looked like it would be easily made wheelchair access we tole our relator to look at the house. Most of them were just drive by.

This was basically the only house that did not have any steps from the driveway thru the front door.

There was one That I think I should have bought. 80K for 3000sqft in an older ritzy neighborhood. The slab needed permajacked and the house needed updated. It was 3 bdroom and had walkin closets and a full bath for every bdroom, a bath for quests and a bath between the garage and laundry room. AND 6ft wide halways! It also had a big den with a fireplace that was open between the den and dining room. Brother and relator both talked me out of it because the slab was cracked. For the size and area there was plenty value to fix. Should not have listened to them. 5 years later I noticed the house sold again for 320K. Drove by and they hadn't done anything to the front of the house including fixing the crumbling driveway..

Pool should hold water better if you turn it right side up.

They’ll turn it rightside up after the finish filling in the holes they knocked in the bottom of it.

One of the many things I love about our house is the garage is on the side of the house. The garage is not the main feature of the front of the house.

This is the garage view from the street. Well OK, the view during the summer. Right now the gardens are rather dormant.

This was shot over 20 years ago when we first moved in. I still have the same two cars, my wife has gone through several Mercedes, Infinity, and now the Macan. The gardens and the yard looks a LOT different as far as trees, and flowers. This was before I even had a sprinkler system. The mortgage is paid off long ago.

There is a neighborhood in OKC that all the garage doors are on the back of the house. The only ones that face a street are corner lots. The drive goes down the side of the house and takes up almost half of the back yard is to turn around to drive into the garage. Nephew lives in that neighborhood, but has a corner lot.

Yea, my former boss lived in an area like that. The minimum square footage for any house was 4,000 square feet of living space for the neighborhood. They all had alleys behind the house. My old bosses house was 5,000 square feet. It was HUGE. His wife kept asking for a riding vacuum cleaner.

Went to lunch yesterday with Tom, by bro with MS. He is in a wheelchair. Don;t know what all meds he is on. He also has trigeminal neuralgia where your face nerves hurt painfully. During lunch he nodded off a couple times while we were talking. Even nodded off while signing his bill? Haven't noticed it while he is driving yet, but stay ready to grab the wheel, throw it in neutral, and grab the ebrake.

Went to a place called Fish City. First time I been there. Since it was my first time they gave me a sampler of all their 6 kinds of soup while waiting for our orders. Everything tasted like it had fish in it, even the red beans and rice soup. Probably cause it did with a name like Fish City.

That is the one food I am not fond of. I will eat white fish once in a while and all the shrimp I can get but the rest you can have.
