I have a slow leak in my checking account!

I was not expecting the leaking front shocks. The cost for just one shock was the cost for two back when replaced them the first time.

I hear that.

Almost warm enough to ride the bike in today.

We had over 1.2 inches of rain yesterday. Today it foggy and 99% humidity and on the verge of drizzle.

May is our wettest month, and so far it seems to be keeping up. We can use the rain, and lots more to come next week.

Phew, I believe my 911's AC is all ready for Palm Springs. It is 90 degrees out there today and we may have to turn on the AC in the house for the first time in 2023. To be several days into May is unusual for that.

I have tools and equipment to put away, but it hot in the garage, and in the morning it will be pleasant, so I made an executive decision to wait until morning.

In 90 degree heat it was blowing 40 degree air out of the little tiny vents on the edge of the dash, and the main vents were blowing some mass volumes of COLD air in a 5 mile loop I made. I love the hurricane blower that Griffith's sells.

I was looking in my spam box for any possible legit email before I flushed it all. I started laughing when I came across one that said he was a hacker, that had successfully hacked my computer, and has video of me masturbating while watching porn.

Dang he is skillful to turn on the video camera hookup for my computer that is stored inside the motherboard box in the closet. It somehow can see through the multiple layers of the box, and the door to the closet, and aim it over here to my desk to see me watching porn. The only porn I watch is the engine porn thread on Pelican that I started years ago.

I thought about if for almost a millisecond before I deleted it along with all the bank loans and offers to help our sales force find new leads, and how to make new promotional videos for my company.

We have had a "chance of rain" for four days, and received not a drop. The good news is the cap prevented the thunderstorms and large hail and spinning winds. I like some rain, but only when free of lumps of ice.

Morning all. Had a shower over night but the sun is to come out and warm things up. This weekend is supposed to possibly be in the 90's in places.

And your water heater is likely tired!

Our business keeps getting offers for a business loan of up to 200K. I guess that is a good sign our credit rating is great. Where were they when we were struggling to buy an camera system and airplane. The best news is we have no need for their loans.

Merry Christmas! I am still in the Christmas spirit. Last night we finally got to have have our company "annual" Christmas party. Mostly grey haired folks, except my business partner who is totally bald and one contractor friend and I am the only married guy, so I brought my wife and my business partner brought his girlfriend. Larry the contractor is between girlfriends. He does a lot of of the prep work for the airplane's annual inspection, and flies a few projects when needed.

A few beers, and some great burgers and a good conversation on the company credit card at a local restaurant. We kept delaying it due to scheduling. Larry would be out of town on another cruise, or my business partner was out of town.

Morning all. The boss was probably hoping you would forget the party and go dig holes.

Nope, free beer was enough to convince him.

I was just called outside by the boss's master gardener wife. She has one sprayer just for spraying some oil based product to kill scale on the Crepe Myrtle bushes. She was pouting that her sprayer was clogged, which is a pretty clear "hint" she wants me to fix it.

So unscrew the feed tube and spray handle, run water through those parts, and take the nozzle to my garage and blow some air through it with the air compressor. Reassemble, and like magic it works as designed. No major awards or parades, but a nice thank you from her.

She asked me how I knew what to do. It was easy to look at it and see what to do. No tools needed, just take apart the plastic fittings and flush. I guess I did used my compressor and air nozzle to blow out the sprayer nozzle so that "tool" was needed. I sure was not going to put my lips to it to blow it out with whatever is in the scale spray was kind of oily.

So I had no real answer as how I knew. I guess it is like asking a seamstress how they know how to sew up a item of clothing.

Golly what fun is coming. We only have 9 flower gardens, but now I will be allowed to help work on my MIL's garden. She just turned 90, and wants it to be no maintenance. So the bushes and plants come out, and we will but in some trim around the border, and rubber chunks mulch to keep weeds from growing. My wife has some plastic flowers to put down.

It will be fun!
