Parakeet and rat, sounds like what I bought for feeders for my pet Great Horned Owl back when I was a teen. It lived for 8 years, 6 years longer than the local zoo could keep them alive.

I sure as hell haven't. Never had my doctor give me a prescription for "1 rat in the morning, before breakfast, and one parakeet in the afternoon , with a little bit of water".
