hey guys.

so, i took your advice to heart regarding lifting the car. yesterday, i bled the brakes and clutch and changed oil and filter on the 951. i put that thing on jack stands with 9 and 7.5 inch wheels under the crossmember and two points under the body while i worked on it. thanks for the great advice.

I carved a pumpkin tonight.

Anyone want to meet up at Supercar Sunday tomorrow? Dave? Schumi? I haven't ridden the motorbike in over a month.

The thought of you one-arming an M60 and going ballistic on some coyotes was good for a chuckle!
Ya gonna try to shoot em or some other deterrent method?

I was thinking about sneaking up behind them and slitting their throats one by one with my leatherman....

Nah dad has been stepping out back and rattling off a few shots every night this week and not doing much good, they still come back... I'm wanting to shoot at least one if I can get in close on them.... I stepped out earlier with the 12ga and a pocket full of 3" #2s and my 9mm in the holster on my hip... I don't play around...

You should have luck with the 12g. Hitting a small, moving target at night, with a handgun, isn't exactly easy....

Walking on the beach yesterday, there was a new 'rock' in the distance. Got a little closer and something didn't look right. A little closer and I realize that it's a ~7ft gator. First thing I did was draw, just to be safe. Then, I called animal control and hung around until they came for him. Apparently, he was pretty beat up (AC said it looked like he got attacked by another gator, probably ~9ft or so) and got confused, swum out to sea then drifted into the beach. They're gonna fix him up and release him somewhere less populated.

The 12ga was my weapon of choice... The 9 was just a nice backup....

Had fun this evening watching Camber scare all the little kids coming to the door. I had her leashed out in the yard so she met them at the curb.

Also coated the 928 with Zaino Clear Seal for the road trip to Austin to visit some friends and Marble Falls for a 928 gathering.

Got some spray on Bra, but haven't had time to mess with it yet. Maybe tomorrow depending on how thing go. Planning to leave Monday.

Yeah I was up, briefly.... needed a bit more shuteye

Went out yesterday, not too late but somehow managed to drink a bit too much... Nothing spectacular, just enough for a mild hangover.
This girl I'm getting to know took a step forward yesterday by sending me a text and thus giving me her number.
May sound silly but it made me smile.

Afternoon guys. Spent yesterday doing a 13 hour endurance race at VIR, can you say tired? We came in 3rd in class with the E30 and 4th in class with the E36. Not too shabby for the E36 considering we lost the clutch master cylinder with 5 hours left to go in the race.

Didn't plan on it, went to a house party last night, got completely obliterated... passed out on the beach at 3AM. Let my phone there. Stumbled back home. Woke up to my alarm at 7AM. Couldn't find phone. Stumbled back to beach and miraculously found phone in the sand. Texted Dave. Went back and passed out again. Just woke up.

So, our sunday plans completely did not happen.

Aren't plans more of just a general reference anyway?

Just heard an animal ruckus in the backyard.

My son: Popcorn is playing with a squirrel really close.

Turns out one of the cats had caught and pinned a squirrel under its paws.

Good kitty. Heh heh.
