I may have just found a new place to rent, exactly 1 block away from my current apartment.


1 block... closer to the beach!!!! for... get this... $550.. LESS.. a month. $1950 vs $2500.

downside is that it has only a 1.5 car carport/garage deal, no where to lock up the car.

But, it's on the beach. And I used to never lock up my car anyways.
