Valve adjustment is done! Totally frustrating until 450knotOffice set me straight, then it only took an hour. Time to recheck tomorrow, then button it all up.

I went and climbed this evening... I think it is safe to say that I messed up my left hip at the comp thursday... I guess I will admit defeat and go see the PT this week...
