Good Morning guys.

I only came to work today for the free coffee & to check out Pelican. Well I do have one scan job to get going. It was perfect timing for a BIG scanning job. I just finished setting it up and if the scanner behaves it will finish Saturday evening. I will check on it in the next few days with a VNC connection from my iPhone.

I guess I do have one big print to get out. But then I am off for a 4 & 1/2 day weekend with lots of Turkey.

This will an interesting turkey day. We are going by my dad's house to pick him up and bring him along to my MIL's house. In the late afternoon we are going over my dad's girlfriends' kid's house. It still seems strange to say "my dad's girlfriend."

My parents were married for 55 years before my mother died. My dad is 80 and dating again. I don't think I will have any new siblings.

Actually this lady was his first date ever back when they were both in Jr. High School. They have known each other since first grade. I guess you can say that is an old friend. His girlfriend's family will get him back home.
