We will likely replace our water heater this spring. It is 15 years old and we want to replace it before it starts leaking.

Howdy guys.
I flushed my seat switch and now at least the down switch works (for now) but the backrest adjustments are still a no go. I will just order a new switch and fix it for good. I decided that since it is 90 degrees outside it was time to clean the house A/C compressor coils. I am real glad I did. I know I did it last year but the coil was embarrassingly dirty today. It is pristine clean now, I am ready for summer!

hell, we've had at least five types of snow today. plus sun. and some rain. completely bonkers. and it is kinda warm, going to be at least 55 tomorrow and then 65 on tuesday.
