Vas, being from Aus, you know about drought. We just got out of ours. In fact, we have too much water this year for the first time in years. Part of me cringes as he wastes water, but part says screw it, the dams are just letting it go anyway. But the plants, they are overwatered and starting to show it.

The weather has changed alot in the last 20 years.

I hear you, Vas. I stopped posting in PARF a long time ago and the last year I don´t even read the threads. To be fair there are sometimes several interesting topics with good debates, but very often its completely spoiled by an, seemingly, unavoidable lack of civil manners and respect for other individuals opinions. The difference in debate climate between the 911 tech forum and PARF is striking. Must be populated by a whole different contingent of members.

I was shocked by some of it, like the 1930s.
I can pick 3 or 4 blokes that need to be asked to go.

On the one hand, maybe people do need to go. On the other, we do enjoy our right to free speech. Wayne has to be careful. It took a while to get the PARFy stuff moved out of regular OT a few years ago. In that case, democracy won and the majority said it needs to be moved or go altogether. My browser shows 35 threads on PP per page. Before PARF, half to 2/3's of the first page was PARF related. It sucked.

If there are some really bad racist comments, I wouldn't hesitate to report them to the mods. Chances are those guys will be reported by several people anyway. Freedom of speech and all that is fine, but racisme is not allowed here period.

The new post thing, I never use.
I know where to go. Either the tech section, rebuild or parts for sale section and off topic. The rest of the Porsche related fora don't see much traffic anyway. I never go to PARF or very very seldom. It just is not a pleasant place to go.
