About to head over there. We have looked at it before and really like it but we are going in for a second look and hopefully pull the trigger on selling this place, buying that one and being debt free with cash salted back

Yeah I love that place and the setting is RIGHT against the side of a mountain. I am not getting to 'cited about it though, I have all the luck of the navigator of the titanic so I don't have much faith that I can get the sun and moon and stars to align to make this deal go through, but I am damn sure gonna try
