I am assuming "Cold as Balls" is short for "Cold as the balls on a brass monkey." Kids theses days have to shorten everything to make their own slang.

Friend of mine worked at the Apple Campus in Cupertino. When I visited him in 1993 they were using RFID in their employee badges. It opened the door locks for you when you got near and tracked whether you were on campus or not. They also had web cams on all the snack bars and coffee areas so employees could check to see how long the line was before ordering thru the web page, 1993.

They were also considering putting sensors on peoples offices to determine how many people were in the office and whether the door was open or closed.

The number of people in the office and whether the door was open would determine how calls were routed. Example:

No one in office, door open or closed - voice mail
One or more in office door open - ring thru
One or more in office door closed - voice mail

And this could be combined with the RFID to tell what outgoing message would be used when sending to voice mail.

Morning guys.

The last time I went skiing was several years ago at Wolf Creek CO. The snow was so deep they had to dig down to the ski shop and the resort. They had 14 inches of snow during the day on top of a 150 inch base. I had to use the poles to go DOWN the hill because the snow was knee deep. There was so much snow in the area the pass was closed coming from Durango and Pagosa Springs. We were staying in South Fork and had to follow the snow plow up the mountain to get there. The resort was mostly empty and there was never a line.

Dave if you have BIG feet I have a pair of ski boot that are in great shape. I can make you a great deal.

We had just enough snow last night to make parts of the grass white. That is all the snow I want to see for the rest of the decade.

wow, dave, the conditions where you were skiing are much worse than locally. i should be up there every day, if you are willing to ski on that. i wouldn't dream of letting my snowboards touch that.

I received this via email today.

This is what you call marketing to men. Once you are rich you get the fancy apartment and sleep in while your conquest exercises at the foot of the bed.
