We use OK farm bureau for everything they will cover. The adjusters treat us damned good.

I was with USAA for years. I never had a problem with them. When I got married they had crazy high quotes for the house insurance. I have been with American National since. I will be calling USAA for another quote for three cars and a house soon. My insurance company has been great but the rates have gone up a LOT in the last three years.

No, but when he has an issue our agent takes care of it. Never been an issue with a claim.

The only insurance claim I have had in over 30 years was the damn attack deer from a few miles outside of San Luis Obispo. My insurance current guy offered to have my car towed home on their dime. If I did that I would have had to fly home. He found a glass company that installed my new OEM windshield in the 911. I drove home and they did not blink at having the car fixed to my picky standards. It was totally painless for the insurance part. USAA works the same way.

dealing with a broken car just sucks, IMO. we have progressive and they've been very good to us. like when my wife hit that huge piece of cement in the road and it cracked the oil pan.... (not her fault, and she immediately pulled over, bless her heart, the car never lost oil pressure.)
