if they did that, they'd have winners even less often than they already do. eventually, i could see that becoming a case of no one even trying.

Most of the states in this country have a lottery. I know many European countries have a lottery. The folks running the lottery seem to all be making money. There must be a lot of math impaired people in the world.

They won't do it if the odds work out the way they want it. I have 2 National Lotteries in my customer base. They are non profit organisations, eg, the winnings go to charity. The organisation itself has everything it wants, they don't have to skimp on hardware, software, services.. It truly looks like the ideal place to work, cause, no stress, they have money coming to them, they don't have to work hard to get it. Trust me, they make more money then you can imagine. The lottery is a tax on stupid..It's not because 1 guy wins big, that the rest of the suckers have good odds at winning. They don't. I'll admit,i'll occasionally play for ****s and giggles. But it's not, i repeat NOT worth subscribing and playing every week. I'de rather play Black Jack, which has much better odds , in in fact i have never lost playing Black Jack.. i don't play often, and i know when to quit.. But i have never lost, bagged a 500-700 euro on a couple of games. Mathematically, statistically , Black Jack has the best odds of any gambling game.

The Stick

Again, there was a group of investors that put together a large group of paid lottery ticket buyers that bought a huge number of tickets with specific numbers, and they won.
It has been done.

Can't keep myself entertained with anything for long lately. It bugs me to be so little online with you guys. Running, fitness, chicks, pelican, everything is sorta on standby, it seems. It'll pass. |

If you look at goods and services compared to hours worked...INSURANCE is the only thing that cost more than it did in 1950.

Anyone want to just save me the hassle and blow this damn car up?
The adjuster agreed to having it inspected at the benz dealer to ensure that everything is good to go......assuming if and when they fix it.......the lead tech at the benz dealer said no way in he'll he's signing off in it without it consistently not throwing codes and without the front differential having been replaced.....one way ir another, this thing is a total loss, its just a matter of how long geico drags it out. |
