I took my car to the appraiser this morning and he took pix. I told him that the guy I hit claims I was doing 60. The appraiser told me that he was recently in an accident doing about 35-40 and his car was "totaled". He noticed that the radiator mount was not even bent on my car.

I hope the turd I hit gets nothing - short of what he is entitled to for car repair - which is not much.

Quite one also. Ordered the little lady a new Honda followed by Chinese take-away.

Cleared my schedule for tomorrow, im going down and im raising he'll until I either have the car back, repaired to my satisfaction, or a check. This has gone on long enough and im done ****ing around with these douche nozzles.
