Glad to hear it Jeff.
I should get my car back Monday night. I am so stoked.
Note to self get the V1 from the 911

V1?

Poor buggers on the road last night had to put up with me and my high beam (more nipple talk) as all I had was the driving lights in my bumper. Hehehe

V1=Valentine1=High speed, low drag radar detector.
They are illegal here in Va but then again so is speeding.

Ah, we just have to rely on big eyes or it's voluntary tax time. Once upon a time our open limit was 'go your hardest'. I miss those days :-(

Right intake chain tentioner, the real spendy one.
The thing that ticks me off is I had to have someone else fix the car because I don't have the tools or scanning equipment to do this repair.
That one left a mark.
But on the good side, the car was fixed for less than the cost of the tools to retime the engine.

I view speed limit signs as a means to calculate the cost of a ticket if I were to get pulled over. Since I don't goof around in traffic or residential areas and limit my misbehavior to open back roads I usually don't have to outrun the law. Maybe 2-3 times a year we play follow the leader. Thus far I have won every single one of those games

That's a plus.
How does a big fella like yourself go with the top up (or down for that matter).
Would have thought it'd be cramped for head room. And with the top down your noggin would become an efficient bug smasher.

Jeff, so far as me fitting in the Boxster, lets just say I don't get into the car I put it on. It actually has more room than my 911 does.

Morning Pete, read backwards for Boxster failure. (Note reading backwards will make everything come out in Yiddish)

Haha. I have enough of a challenge getting in and out of the 44. If the boxster and 911 are tight fits, I can just imagine the fight you would of had getting into your 944

Good morning folks. We had a good Porsche club breakfast. Burp. Now we just have to chill for a while before we go to a 40th anniversary party.

At least I learned from Dave to not google nipple chafing. I will take his advice!
