I just moved my Corolla back. The Pilot is in front of another car, in another spot.

Wow, It looks like somebody either really thinks it is okay to just be a dick or wanting to start a fight.

No, the word got around (to Iran) and the car was moved to a friends (of the Pilot) spot. It all has worked out as planned.

I came home summer before last and a couple of kids were parked in the pull off in front of my house. I pulled in behind them (in Peggy) got out and asked them if I could help them, they said "no". I then informed them that they needed to move their car off my property. I was informed that they would move in a min. I then informed them that they would be moving as soon as I got back in my (still running) truck. They must have thought I was joking until Peggy started moving. It was amazing to see just how fast a K-car can launch off the line.

I just received a phone call here at work. I always look at the caller ID before I answer. The called id was: The US Government.

She identified herself and said she was with the FAA.

We operate our airplane in compliance within all rules and regulations but it is like being called by the FBI. The good news is they want us to fly their campus. It is adjoining the local international airport, Will Rogers. So we will soon be flying back and forth right over the airport and the FAA at low altitude.

Forget free, we do this for a living.

We fly it for them every other year. We have photos of the place we shot back when they were the CAA. The man that started this company used to work out there. He had a 3 digit employee number. He is currently the oldest living retiree of the FAA. He has lots of great stories about the old days out there.

well, my dog is in heat. lord, she is driving us NUTZ!!!! so much so that we have started trying to find a male dog to give her some loving.... i am a cheap bastard, so i am not willing to pay $500 to have someone's dog do the deed. it is a conundrum.

Unless you really really want puppies why not get her fixed?

we didn't get her fixed because we didn't want her to get overweight, thus creating more stress on her hips. my father fixed both of his female newfoundlands and they put on a ton of weight. our dog has remained a very healthy weight and has already outlived both her mother and her sister.

also, she is nine years old. frankly, i thought we were done with her going into heat. apparently, i was wrong.

at this point, i think we could deal with puppies. turns out that both sources we had for this endeavor VERY recently had their dogs neutered.... as in, 24 hours before i called the first and 7 days ago for the second. bad timing.
