In Oklahoma any beer that is sold cold has to be 3.2% or lower by weight. The constitution of Oklahoma classifies that as non alcoholic! That is the grocery store or gas station beer. Any of the good quality beer is only sold in a liquor store. Everyone around here calls that 6 point beer, but in reality is is anything above 3.2%. It can't be sold cold, and in the wintertime if it comes off of the truck cold they have to hold it in the back of the store until it is full room temperature.

The good news is the gas station beer is available 7 days a week, and it is fine for drinking while mowing the yard or any household task. I would have to drink a 12 pack to feel a good buzz and I don't like to pee that much.

I usually drink that 3.2% around the house. Once my vacation starts I change to local micro brews. That brings up a question for D,

Where can I get micro-brew beer in SLC. I am staying downtown at the Little America hotel. Is there a good close by place to get cold micro brew? What about Sundays? Can I still buy beer at a store?

Hey guys,
Quick check in to let you guys know everything is ok over here.
Still living and loving together.
Not too much time to visit here. Not like I used to have.

Going to spend my holiday in the South of Spain. Hopefully I'll have some free time then.

911 drives awesome. Loud, lowered and mean!
:-)

Afternoon guys. I have been looking at hourglass icons all day. Both computers are maxed out. I switch back and forth. I am posting this on my phone because both computers have several minutes before the next step. Back to work.

What's up guys and gal?

I bought Clockwork Angels from Rush today from the music store. They are still working on a CD soundtrack from the Live in Pompeii DVD for my iPod. I feel better about supporting local business in some way (even if they get a bootleg copy) than getting it for free I suppose.

No, we found the sons cat with no fanfare, she is such a chicken there is no entertainment. My monster tom cat, for some reason does not like her.
Although with four cats there is almost always something entertaining.

Here's hoping ya don't blow anything up that you don't intend to, but that you do get to say "That blowed up real good." Happy USA Independence Day.

Tomorrow will be a busy day. Mow & edge the yard, and then start packing the 911. Of course that means pack the luggage.

My mother in law shows up tomorrow to stay and take care of the dogs and the house.

My buddy at work suggested I take Mrs Carrera down to the local Mexican part of town and just point at the menu and hold up two fingers and order whatever that might be. And then get a bottle of Tequila to wash it down with. Then we can start the road trip with urgency.
