Morning, Rick.

Sweet! Finally purchased 4 pix from the 'Ring. Bought the "Full Res" versions... Jpg's, but good size and quality. They'll make for a couple of good wall hangers.

Good morning folks. I have my 1st cup of coffee. I will go do battle with my new computer. I want to get it configured and working. One annoying thing about Win 7 is the system was on for 10 minutes with almost nothing working and it has a warning that I need to set up a anti virus program and MAKE A BACKUP! Come on. a backup is the last thing I will be doing.

Where is my nerd hat?

Hey guys. Made it to Marla about 2 1/2 hours ago. Leisurely 5 hr jaunt. Wild weather, rain and a bad head wind for the first three hours. Spooked by Roos in the dark for the last two. Spending the night here before returning home in the morning.

Sound like a fun drive.

Obvoiusly we don't have Roos to worry about. Deer are our scorge. Rick has done battle with many deer in his truck. I had one deer attack me while I was driving my 911 in the area where Max lives.

Yes. I have a network connection. I started over with a new installation of Windows. Then loaded the motherboard disc. I loaded ONLY the network driver and re-booted. That did the trick. The other times I tried to load all the drivers and only re-boot once. That does not work.

The tandem trailer hitched on the back was all over the place and I was getting about 20L/100km. Normally get 12 - 13s.
I had a dear jump out at me on Mt Hamilton near San Jose. They are just as unpredictable as Roos.

Morning David.

Time for sleep. I've got to fight with Mum and Dads broken camper trailer in the morning, and convince it that it would be a good idea if it allowed me to secure it to the tandem and take it home. I haven't seen it yet, but from all descriptions I'm in for a battle.
Night all

I presume the deer were brought over as a game animal.
