ha! ive never been so busy in my life. 6 day work weeks, while trying to maintain a social life have kept me away. this is the first "break" ive gotten in months. im going to be be moving closer to LA soon...not sure which area. ive been dating a girl who lives in Topanga....when i drive to her house up in Fernwood, i drive by a house on topanga canyon that has 3 longhood 911's parked out front. anybody we know here? i'm falling in love with the topanga area...but the hour and 15 commute would kill me. im thinking about settling for the granada hills, northridge, area.

also,

my mercedes heckflosse i bought in june, is being sold right now. i've driven it 3 times since i bought it...hard to justify keeping it around.

that's about it on my end

ha! well, in my year and a half since ive been in california...the only thing i dislike about it, is the high desert. crappy, since that's where i work. HA! so....ive come to realize that im going to have to just bite the bullet and commute.

so yeah..ill be moving over the hill. only have to decide where at. i have co-workers who live in torrance, playa del rey, and even ventura who commute. crazy.

Um, those (most) that have lived here our entire lives, think the high desert sucks. At least to live there. No wonder it's so cheap, eh?

certain aspects are nice...the air quality, the lack of traffic, the cost of living, the sunsets, etc ...but that being said, there's just something very depressing about being up here. i'd rather have a 45 minute commute each way.

oh yeah...and housing prices are crazy down there compared to up here. i don't want to buy yet, but im still looking at least 2200 a month to rent a house down there. ughhhhh
