Yeast infection? You sure they didn't make some other changes to your body during your hospital stay? Of course, I'm not judging.

Azzy, I did the buckets-of-hot-water-and-soap-in-the-garage car wash. The temps in the garage are probably low 50's. Tolerable, IMO.

That's what they tell me. Say the antibiotics killed off all the good bacteria that fights that stuff off. Started with the inside of my nose, then spread to my tongue and lips. That has gotten better, but now my hands and foot itch and burn and are peeling like sunburn. It's really freaky to have my palms peel.

Been taking all kinds of probiotics, and eating all natural yogurt and raw honey to try to get all the right flora and fauna back in my gut.

Guys can get yeast infections too. Oral and genital. I asked the doctor if he was going to put me on monostat and he just laughed.

Richard sounds like you need a yoghurt bath. But there's not much else you can do, for us girls, a simple course of antibiotics does just the same thing and upsets the whole "ecosystem" !!!

The yogurt didn't help much, externally been using Lotrimin, the stuff for athletes foot. Orally I got some nystatin mouth rinse, but my mouth still feels cool like I just had a mint. There was two pills I took 3 days a part, that knocked it down but not out. Doc tells mee to just keep with the probiotics, rinse and Lotrimin. Guessing he thinks the natural defense will kick back in at some point.

Did you get done with my Dad's computer? I will swing by this afternoon and get it out of your way.
