I had a dream about you this weekend, tweeze. I think it was Sunday morning, just before I woke up. We (you and I) went out to dinner (not a date) at a Mexican restaurant. There were some other friends we were meeting up with as well. The tab for dinner was something ridiculous (for Mexican)--something like $200. Nothing scandalous, though.

That's funny. I have dreams about people that make an impression me. Many times like you, it is not scandalous or anything. I consider it a compliment you dreamed about me. I must have made a good impression on you.

I agree. But sometimes things are easier said than done. I may think rationally something will blow over but my emotions somehow override that. Sometimes time and just quiet helps me through the hard part. That's why surfing and snowboarding has always brought calm to my head. Sitting out there in the "silence" of the ocean or the mountains suddenly quiet my thoughts enough where I can hear them. Too bad I don't live near either.

Sorry, clarification: $200 for just tweeze and me.

By the way, I am surprised I haven't been ridiculed yet for not asking out my senior project partner. LOL

Hey So Cal guys, did you hear about the mid-air between two Cessnas the other day? One crashed at Mulholland and Las Virgines and the other made an emergency landing at Westlake golf course. Everyone in Westlake survived. Both guys in Calabasas bought the farm.

Eh, I think we gave up. If you do it, we'd be the first to congratulate you though. How have you been? Graduation is near, yes? Then to the real life. Uggggg! We warned you.

The reason is I have really cooled off after first meeting her. We really don't have much in common. She's into parties and hip-hop and stuff. There's another girl around that I think is really pretty and she seems quite nice, but there is a small problem in that she reminds me of my mom.

Graduation is June somethingrather. I think the first week of June is finals week, then there is a ceremony the following week.

Yeah, it is just starting to hit home now. I need a real job!

Lol. Yes, an income is a good thing. You plan on staying in SLO, correct? Are you gonna look there? What is going to be your strategy?

I don't think there are enough opportunities for what I am looking for in SLO. There is a place that does air suspensions that was started recently by 2 cal poly slo mechanical engineers, but that is it. There is a place in LA that was interested in me at the career fair, there is also HPD down south. I am looking more in the LA area.

That will be good. You will do fine. I am sure of it. Well, with the job thing. The real life thing, who knows?

Hey, SLO Dave, you going to the Chino airshow? I scored a free ticket from my buddy who works on the B-17 restoration there. Former mechanic in the Korean Air Force, too.
